Neighborly, formerly Dwyer Group, has been bursting with excitement about expanding its multiple franchises. Having already seen its cleaning business Bright & Beautiful grow to new locations this summer, the franchisor can rejoice after a franchisee at Drain Doctor, the plumbing and drainage franchise, announced plans to grow across Britain.

While Rob Simpson took over as franchisee for Drain Doctor Anglia to avoid redundancy, the franchise’s director has since proven himself to be an accomplished leader. Not only has he previously grown the business across four different territories but is now expanding his company across the UK. He just announced that Drain Doctor Anglia is branching into new territories in North East London, South East London and Kent.

To make the most of the expansion, Drain Doctor Anglia has grown its fleet to 17 vans decked out with fresh jetting units, cameras and modern tech. Moreover, Simpson has expanded his workforce by hiring two experienced engineers and relocated his HQ to a bigger premises in Woodbridge.

Commenting on the news, Simpson is clearly confident in the expansion. “We have a strong company code of values and company ethos that stands central around integrity and honesty and this has enabled us to provide a superior customer service to our wide range of domestic and commercial clients,” he said. “We are immensely proud of our Net Promotor Score of 84, a management tool which gauges the loyalty of customer relationships, particularly as we compare very favourably with customer service focused companies, such as Apple and Amazon.”

With franchisees like Simpson on its side, Neighborly can certainly feel confident about its expansion plans.
