TaxAssist multiplies franchisee numbers with TV advertising

With new cloud technology filling business skies and the government’s Making Tax Digital programme rolling out next year, the accountancy industry is undeniably changing, especially for small business clients. So what better time is there to train franchisees in the art of the new?

It is in this spirit that Raja Suriyar and Hicham Al Maghouch have completed an initial six-week training course under TaxAssist Accountants, the tax accountancy franchise, with plans to open up shop in Wimbledon and Lewisham respectively.”

Their enrolment into the network will be supported by TaxAssist’s new brand recognition push and array of TV and marketing campaigns launched at the end of March, meaning the two new offices will receive a healthy boost to kick-start awareness of their franchises. Moreover, a third franchisee who accompanied Suriyar and Al Maghouch on the course looks to begin trading shortly, with a further two franchisees eyeing up TaxAssist’s practices for purchasing in the near future.

With the support in mind, Suriyar said: “I have over 20 years accountancy experience and am now looking forward to building my own practice alongside my wife who is also a qualified accountant. It has been a long-held wish of mine to operate my own practice, and with the additional support provided by TaxAssist, I can confidently open my practice knowing I will be offering the very best service to my clients.”

Al Maghouch added that with the shifts taking place in accounting right now, franchisees embracing them will be on solid ground when delivering support and advice to small business customers.

Preparing franchisees to tackle clients’ modern demands is a sure-fire way to set them off on the right foot in the rapidly-evolving world of accounting.” /></p>
