Working with colleagues and client stakeholders, they provide consultancy and long-term added value by leveraging their own experience – and that of a unique network of colleagues – to identify optimal supply arrangements on behalf of their clients. They are taught our proven business system and to use the experience and knowledge they have gained during their careers to date. ERA UK acts as b2b management consultants to a wide range of organisations in sectors from Manufacturing and Retail, to Education, Charities and Professional Services.
Partners are supported to win business, run projects and work together with fellow Franchise Partners to generate sustainable savings and improve internal procurement procedures. Over the last 20 years, we’ve built a powerful and unique network of specialist expertise that collaborates to work on behalf of clients in a variety of areas where they spend money.
All new Franchise Partners are initially trained to be ‘Generalists’ so they can build a sustainable business by winning and managing their own clients and doing their own simple projects which are taught during training.
Many Franchise Partners eventually settle into a more specialised role, concentrating on winning new business, managing existing business – or a combination of the two – or specialising in delivering the project work and reports on behalf of colleagues.
