For the past three years, we have further strengthened our commitment to our charity of the year, Alzheimer's Society. We collaborated with the charity to provide expert training to all our staff and franchisees, equipping them to better support customers living with dementia.
Support
We work with partners based on our understanding of goals and our team's expertise in national and local markets. We host regular workshops where franchisees visit the Franchise Support Centre for focused sessions with external partners, our Brand Leader, and the marketing team. We train franchise partners through our academy and marketing clubs with systems and knowledge for success. These clubs allow franchisees to liaise with the Marketing Team and gain insights into achieving their goals.
Innovation
We ensure our franchisees remain at the forefront of cleaning operations, adapting swiftly to market behaviours and conditions, ensuring that our brand standards are consistent across the UK. Our improved franchise model has been reworked to pave the way for growth and offer investors limitless capacity and rapid scalability. Our goal is to become first choice for domestic cleaning services.
Future
Our next goal is to transition ALL franchise owners to our paperless system, enabling them to manage their businesses seamlessly without the need for printing. This is just one of our targets for the upcoming period, with some that we are unable to disclose at this time, but our franchise owners are fully supportive of this initiative, as they are closer to the cause than we are and can fully comprehend the significance of this move.
