Over three hundred franchise networks have taken part in the programme, using this to gather confidential objective feedback from their franchisees, benchmark their franchisee support against industry standards and improve franchisee relations and network performance.
Outstanding franchisors are recognized in the Best Franchise Awards.
The programme is open to any franchisor with at least ten franchisees in the UK.
