Peer-to-peer groups, the Franchise Advisory Council, and annual Neighbourly reunions share ideas and best practice. With 8 BDMs supporting 90+ franchisees, tailored mentoring drives growth, with veteran stores seeing same-store sales 45% above pre-pandemic levels.
Innovation
Franchise recruitment has slowed, with interest in resales steady, causing slight network contraction. This summer, Dream Doors launched a “try before you buy” programme: candidates run a showroom for six months on a £50k pro-rata salary, then transition to ownership with no upfront investment. Franchise fees and assets are deferred, widening access. Early participants are selling successfully;next training is Nov, with expansion into the Northeast in Q1 2026.
Future
Dream Doors will open its 100th showroom next year, aiming for £80k+ monthly turnover with tailored BDM and head office support.
