Nigel Toplis is Non-Executive Chairman of the Bardon Group (Recognition Express and Techclean) and Kall Kwik. He began his franchising career in 1994 with Kall Kwik, later becoming Managing Director, and in 2002 joined Recognition Express, where he expanded the group and developed Techclean into the UK’s leading system hygiene franchise. A former Chairman of the British Franchise Association and Honorary Fellow of Lancaster University, Nigel is also a business author. Now based near Kruger National Park, he supports wildlife conservation and has raised over £60,000 for WellChild through endurance challenges including Kilimanjaro, the Sahara, and long-distance cycling.
