With the schools having reopened their doors for the Autumn term, we thought our academic projects were complete for a little while, however September brought another packed-out order book including lots more school projects.
Assisting with a rebrand across six schools and providing new designs, we’ve been giving the branding a new lease of life, creating a stunning effect. Alongside this we’ve rebranded another school with both internal and external signage, applying new vinyl for a fresh look and feel, plus we’ve created and applied new window graphics across 20 classrooms at another local setting.
What else have we been up to? We’ve been busy fitting new vehicle livery for long-standing customer Pierra, and we were loving the green vinyl used on the electric vehicle. Another favourite for the month was a fantastic rebrand project for independent supermarket TFC which included removing old signage and providing new solutions, with illuminated lightboxes and halo illuminated lettering.
After a busy few weeks, it was also good to take a day out of the business to see my colleagues and good friends over at the Franchise Support Centre in Norwich, for a day of planning the rest of Q4 and further into 2025, along with taking some time to review our 2024 performance. To make sure work-life balance was playing its part, it was great to spend the evening with some of the team over a few beers and consume the biggest burger I’ve ever seen!
Onto CoreBridge, which is now the daily ‘norm’ for us and part of our working life. Little things are being tweaked along the way (perks of being the guineapig!) to essentially make it ‘perfect’ and it’s really delivering in terms of helping us achieve our customer service values and commitments.
With our database cleansed and more easily accessible, we’re proactively sending more personalised eshots with positive response and enquiry rates, which has helped us shape our marketing plans for next year.
We’ve also fully integrated the system into our Outlook calendars which allows us to colour code jobs and assigned tasks. At the click of a button, we can schedule tasks to individuals which creates automated daily work schedules with full visibility across the team.
As mentioned last month, reports were on our development list which has seen lots of progress. We’re now able to create interactive reports with customised reviews giving real-time data and options to conditionally format key areas. With a centralised reporting system in place across the entire network, our accuracy and knowledge base will increase tenfold.
In time, our aim is to expand our data capture further by partnering with a third partner analytical toolkit to offer more customisable data and findings, supporting our marketing insights and targeted campaigns, taking them to the next level.
As for next month, I think the ‘C’ word may make an appearance as the enquiries for seasonal solutions start to make their way to the job log and hopefully another jump forwards in terms of our system abilities and analytics!
