Canopy Frogmore House in Watford and Canopy St Luke’s Chapel in Wickford were recently launched, both in historic listed buildings that have been carefully renovated into modern early years environments. Families are already enrolled at both sites, with children beginning settling-in sessions ahead of the first full day of care.
Sarah Charles, Director of Canopy Nurseries, said: “To open two nurseries in one day, both within listed building developments, is a significant achievement for Canopy. It reflects the strength of our franchise model and the appetite from families for a modern and immersive approach to early years education. We are proud to support franchisees who share our vision and passion, and who are helping us bring Canopy’s values to life in their local communities.”
The network’s growth is set to continue, with further nurseries in Bounds Green and Uxbridge due to open before the end of 2025. Every Canopy setting has now achieved Green School accreditation, underlining the group’s commitment to sustainability alongside educational excellence.
