Dream Doors welcomes three new franchisees after completing its latest 18-day training programme, providing the skills, knowledge and confidence to launch and grow.

Dream Doors has welcomed three new franchisees to its network following the completion of its latest 18-day training programme. The comprehensive induction course equips new business owners with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to launch and grow their own kitchen makeover businesses.

For many aspiring entrepreneurs, one of the biggest barriers to franchising is knowing where to start. Dream Doors addresses that challenge through its award-winning training and ongoing support, ensuring franchisees are fully prepared from day one.

Delivered at the company’s training centre in Northamptonshire, the enhanced 18-day programme provides a detailed introduction to every aspect of running a Dream Doors showroom. Recent extensions to the training place greater emphasis on quoting, customer consultations and sales processes, helping franchisees build confidence before opening their doors.

Andy Hall, who is preparing to launch Dream Doors in the Home Counties, said:

“My main area of concern was probably measuring. Having that training has put me at ease, and I’d say I’m quite comfortable dealing with that now.”

The programme combines classroom and practical learning, covering the entire customer journey alongside the day-to-day operations of running a franchise.

Training begins with marketing and lead management, helping franchisees maximise enquiries generated through Dream Doors’ national and local marketing activity. Franchisees gain a clear understanding of the tools, campaigns and support available, as well as the skills needed to convert enquiries into customers.

The focus then shifts to sales and customer management, guiding franchisees through every stage of the kitchen makeover process. Enhanced training around quoting and consultation gives franchisees the confidence to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Jamie Greig, who recently joined the network and is taking over the long-established Dream Doors Woking & Guildford showroom, said:

“The reason I chose a franchise is I didn’t want to reinvent the wheel. I found it fantastic having access to all the experience and support from the Business Development Managers.”

Alongside sales training, franchisees receive instruction across finance, operations, CRM systems and product knowledge. This broad approach ensures they understand both the customer-facing and operational aspects of running a successful business.

The programme concludes with health and safety and recruitment guidance, preparing franchisees for the responsibilities of managing their own teams while maintaining the high standards expected across the Dream Doors network.

Training is just one part of the support package available to franchisees. From showroom sourcing and fit-out assistance to dedicated IT support, national marketing campaigns and ongoing business guidance, franchisees benefit from expert support throughout their journey.

Lewis Bagnall of Dream Doors Wolverhampton said:

“I’ve never owned a business before and really wanted to give it a go. It can be daunting for new starters, but the help, support and knowledge you receive from Dream Doors is fantastic.”

With 90 showrooms nationwide, Dream Doors has built a proven franchise model in the growing kitchen makeover sector. Specialising in replacement doors, worktops, appliances and other kitchen upgrades, the business offers homeowners both a cost-effective and time-saving alternative to a full kitchen renovation.

For prospective franchisees, the combination of an established brand, proven business model, comprehensive training and ongoing support provides a strong platform for success.

As its latest recruits begin their journey to success, Dream Doors continues to seek ambitious individuals and couples looking to launch new businesses or take over established locations within its growing network.
