Celebrating the exceptional accomplishments of women in the UK franchising industry, this year’s EWiF Award finalists showcase, as usual, the very best in innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Unsurprisingly, the standard of entries was exceptionally high, but after much deliberation, the finalists in each category have now been officially confirmed.
In the New Woman Franchisee of the Year 2026 category, the finalists are Anne Moseley, Not Just Travel; Helen McEvoy, Holiday Franchise Company and Vicky Taramasco, Little Dreams.
Meanwhile, in the New Woman Franchisor of the Year 2026 category, the finalists are Chloe Williams, Little Wickets; Elaine Penhaul, Lemon and Lime Franchising and Nikki Talbot, Pudding and Pie.
In the Woman Franchise Employee of the Year 2026 category, Samantha Skyring, TaxAssist Accountants; Sarah Sanders, Extra Help and Zoe Jagelman, Mathnasium, have been listed.
For the Franchise Service Provider of the Year 2026, Alexis Neighbour, Franchise Coach; Elite Franchise’s very own Jodie Marsh and Suzie McCafferty, Platinum Wave Franchising, all feature.

In the Young Woman in Franchising of the Year 2026 category, Diane Woods, Swimtime; Lauren Bromley, Lingotot and Megan Haycock, Language for Fun have been listed, while for the Woman Franchisee of the Year 2026, Jenine Benning, Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries; Kaajal Pandit, Boots Opticians and Karina Brown, Home Instead, have been listed.
For Woman Franchisor of the Year 2026 Carla Davison, Basking Babies; Caroline Gowing, Pink Spaghetti PA Services and Claire O’Connor, babyballet Franchising all feature.
For the final two categories, the following have been named: Inspirational Woman in Franchising of the Year 2026, Claire O’Connor, babyballet Franchising; Kaajal Pandit, Boots Opticians and Suzie McCafferty, Platinum Wave Franchising AND for EWiF Ambassador of the Year 2026, Bal Kaur, HSBC; Catrina Newman, Goldstein Legal and Sue Moore, UK Franchise Guide.
The winners of the EWiF Awards 2026 will be announced at a prestigious ceremony on Wednesday 20th May, at the Leicester Tigers Stadium, in Leicester, following the BFA’s EWIB event. The day is going to be dedicated to empowering women with learning, networking, celebration and glamour — all under one roof!
