Global franchise enjoy third straight year of growth in the UK

Pack & Send has more than doubled in size since start of 2020.

It’s been another year of growth for Pack & Send, the brand which specialises in international shipping and courier services. For the financial year which ended in March, the franchise reported that revenue was up by 27%, compared to the previous 12 months.

This represents a third consecutive year of growth, of greater than 25%. The result of this latest good news means the business has more than doubled in size during the last three years alone.

The company’s general manager of the Retail Network Development, Richard Webb, enthused: “This is great news for our franchise partners who continue to benefit from the ever-increasing demand for our logistics’ services.

“We enjoy a unique position in the market place and our differentiation – along with excellent levels of customer service – brings customers back to us time and time again.

“High margins and high transaction values, along with the cash flow benefits of being paid in advance of shipping, all add up to Pack & Send being a really attractive business proposition.”

Pack & Send offers a complete range of postal, freight, courier, packing and removal services. They operate through a national retail network. Founded in 1993, in New South Wales, Australia, the company started trading in the UK 14 years ago. They have since expanded even further and are now a well-known global brand.

The company’s website says: ‘We offer over 30 different freight services, enabling us to deliver to any destination on the planet. Our freight solutions range from sending a 20gm letter to a one tonne consignment.

Message sending services include not only courier and mailing of hard documents, but the electronic transmission of messages. We sell packaging supplies and can custom pack items of any size or weight.

We are the industry leader with respect to handling goods that are fragile, large, awkward and valuable.’
