Taylor Made Franchising keen to take advantage of surge in demand for cleaning services.
Taylor Made Franchising have set aside around £100k to help budding new business partners purchase a franchise with Thomas Cleaning. In a bid to attract new franchisees, parent company Taylor Made is offering grants of up to £3,000 per person, for anyone wishing to buy a Thomas Cleaning franchise. Taylor Made owns five franchised businesses of which Thomas Cleaning is a recent acquisition.
Thomas Cleaning began life in 1990, before becoming a franchised operation 21 years later. In August of last year the company was purchased by Taylor Made Franchising which is hoping to grow the operation, now that the UK’s lockdown restrictions are beginning to ease. Alan McLean, who is Taylor Made‘s group franchise manager, believes the time is perfect for expanding the business.
He said: “We sincerely hope the darkest days of the pandemic are behind us although, as a country, we still have a long way to go before we’ll experience a full economic recovery. Following 18 months of Covid, people are more conscious than ever of keeping their homes and businesses sanitised and clean. As a result, we are witnessing an unprecedented surge in demand for our services.
“And we would like to harness this demand and help anyone who would like to run their own business. We offer full support and training, and this non-repayable grant will cover a significant proportion of the initial investment required. If anyone is interested, I’d be happy to have ‘a no-obligation conversation’ to explain more about our offering.
“This offer will be on the table for the remainder of the financial year. To take advantage of it, applicants must be full UK residents, with the right to live and work in the UK. They must also hold a full UK driving licence.” Thomas Cleaning provide services for both domestic customers and commercial clients across the UK, and have expanded their network under new management.
