One of the most important differences between joining a franchise and starting on the pathway to business ownership alone is the level of support offered by the former.
And when it comes to support, specialist property investment franchise Platinum Property Partners has been walking the walk as well as talking the talk in 2021.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Platinum has already scooped one major award and is in the running for another as 2021 heads towards 2022.
The 2021 Best Franchise Awards saw Platinum named as one of only five ‘Five-Star Franchises’, with the honour reflecting excellence in training, support, leadership, culture, relationships and the franchise system.
As well as that award, Platinum is also a finalist in the 2022 Virtual Franchising Awards for ‘Best Franchisee Support’ and will find out in January if that particular honour is also on its way to the franchise’s head office in Bournemouth, Dorset.
Platinum Managing Director Emma Hayes said: “The ‘Five-Star’ award and nomination in the VFAs is testament to the hard work of the team, but also the incredible way our franchise partners buy into what we do and become part of our community.
“The ‘Five-Star’ award was particularly satisfying because the feedback came directly from our franchise partners. We value that feedback hugely and we’ll be striving to improve even further in all areas as we move into 2022.”
As part of the ‘Five-Star Franchise’ award, Platinum’s franchise partners completed a confidential survey, issued by Workbuzz.
This revealed 100% of franchise partners were happy with their initial training and support when they joined the franchise and 95% said they felt being part of Platinum’s investor community was a huge benefit of joining the franchise.
To cap off a hugely successful 12 months, Platinum has also been named among Elite Franchise and HSBC’s top-100 UK franchises for 2022.
