Radfield Home Care makes it two in a row

Radfield Home Care has been awarded the WorkBuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award for the second straight year. The award – given by The Best Franchise Awards; official supplier of the British Franchise Association (bfa) – recognises those franchisors providing ‘exceptional assistance and support’ to their franchise partners. 

The survey gathers anonymised feedback from franchisees to measure satisfaction levels across all aspects of their business relationship with their franchisors. This includes factors such as providing continual support to their network and nurturing a culture of collaboration and success.

Finishing 47th in this year’s Elite Franchise EF100 of top franchises, Radfield – founded by siblings  Alex Green and Dr Hannah – can cite 40 years’ worth of experience.

During that time it has been no stranger to winning accolades.  In 2022, its franchisee onboarding programme, Radfield Runway, was recognised by Princess Anne with a Princess Royal Training Award. Shortly after that the same programme earned Radfield the 2023 “Team Support” award from the Home Care Awards, along with the title of “Most Outstanding Home Care Group”.

Radfield attributes its success to a robust infrastructure and business model that supports ethical practices, and steadfast commitment to franchise partners and Care Professionals.
