The nine-year-old company is one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness franchises, and these latest launches have taken place in Ibiza, Mallorca and Marbella.
Operating in 19 countries across Europe, F45 began life in Australia in 2014, and has quickly become one of the leading players in the global fitness market. Tristan Smith, who is head of franchise operations for F45 in Europe, said: “We are delighted to be opening studios in three of the most popular locations in Spain.
“Not only does this provide a fantastic opportunity for the local communities to benefit from our training model, but it also allows international members to maintain their training schedules while overseas. Our goal is to continue opening F45 studios across Europe. And, thanks to recent growth, we are confident that we can make this happen.”
The F45 concept is the result of collaboration between sport scientists and elite athletes who together have designed a team-based, high-intensity training model. Their training sessions consist of 45-minute workouts which feature more than 3,500 exercises that include an extensive range of programmes.
The global success of F45 has encouraged many athletes, personal trainers and entrepreneurs to become part of the company’s fitness franchise network. This rapid success has been boosted by low start-up and running costs, as well as a generous return on investment.
Cesar Moquette, head coach at F45 Palma Racket Club, added: “We have had a wonderful experience with the opening of our studio in Mallorca. The response from locals, who are new to the F45 concept, has been encouraging. They have been extremely positive about our training methods, and we are consistently seeing new members walking through the door.”
And the studio manager at F45 Palma Racket Club, Haleh Sedigh, explained: “Our members are always recommending F45 to family and friends, which is testament to the great work done by our coaches. Further European openings, that are scheduled for later this year, include F45 sites in Paris and Geneva.
