WorkBuzz has announced the finalists for the 2024 Best Franchise Awards, proudly sponsored by Lloyds Bank. These awards are based on feedback gathered from hundreds of franchisees, shining a light on the top performers in the franchising industry and making the awards a unique initiative in the franchising industry.
To be eligible for the awards, franchisors must take part in WorkBuzz’s Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) programme. In this programme, all UK-based franchisees are invited to complete a confidential, online survey where they assess their franchisor on key criteria, including initial training, ongoing support, working relationships, and whether they would recommend the franchise. Franchisees are encouraged to have at least two months of experience to provide meaningful feedback. Based on the results, the highest-performing franchisors are shortlisted as finalists in the Best Franchise Awards.

Best new entrant Award
This award honours franchisors participating in WorkBuzz’s Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Programme for the first time. This year, Rise, The Youth Fairy, and UK Business Mentoring have been shortlisted, having received outstanding feedback from their franchisees.
Winners announcement
The winners of the 2024 Best Franchise Awards will be revealed at the bfa annual conference, supported by WorkBuzz, on Thursday 7th November. A key event for all UK franchisors, this year the theme focuses on “Innovation – Driving Business Success,” offering attendees a mix of networking, education, and practical insights.
The conference will feature keynote speakers such as Steven Bartlett, entrepreneur and host of The Diary of a CEO podcast, and Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchise Association (BFA), along with breakout sessions covering digital innovation, customer experience, and legal updates.
