The prestigious Best Franchise Awards, powered by WorkBuzz and sponsored by Lloyds Bank, recently celebrated outstanding achievement across the franchise sector during the British Franchise Association’s Conference and Awards ceremony.
What sets these accolades apart is their foundation in authentic franchisee experiences. The recognition process involves comprehensive feedback gathered through WorkBuzz’s rigorous Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, where franchisees evaluate multiple aspects of their network’s performance – from initial training and ongoing support to alignment of objectives and how well the franchise journey matches their initial expectations.
