To be considered for the awards, franchisors must have taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction
Benchmark (FSB) programme, where franchisees assess their franchisor on critical factors such as initial training, ongoing support, their working relationship, and whether they would recommend the
franchise to a prospective franchisee.
Franchisees answer 32 questions about their ownership experience, and each franchise is assigned an overall FSB score based on a consistent methodology. The highest-scoring franchisors are then celebrated at the Best Franchise Awards.
In the B2B category the finalists are TaxAssist Accountants, The Alternative Board and UK Business Mentoring.
In B2C meanwhile, Language for Fun, My Property Pros and The Youth Fairy, have been nominated, while in the Children’s Services category Kidslingo, Little City and The Creation Station feature.
Rounding off the nominations – this time in the Management category – are Apollo Care, FASTSIGNS, GoodOaks Homecare and Molly Maid.
