Every new branch follows a 100-day onboarding plan, with hands-on technical training in fire, flood and leak detection as well as continued support through a franchisee's lifecycle. Our 34-strong Central Office team, peer mentoring and monthly network calls ensure continuous support. With City & Guilds Assured training, our technicians are the best prepared in the UK to serve communities when disaster strikes.
Innovation
We harness pioneering technology to restore properties faster and support communities in crisis, from remote monitored drying to leak prevention. Our state-of-the-art software suite sets us apart: Encircle delivers instant digital reports from site, Matterport creates accurate 3D models of damaged buildings and Pulse tracks claims in real time. These tools bring speed, fairness and transparency, while our Innovation Panel keeps franchisees ahead to better protect the people we serve.
