Bringing over 20 years of franchising experience, Ian stepped into the role in November. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Asian food franchise KellyDeli, where he led the brand’s international franchise growth across multiple regions, overseeing a £70m business with 150+ franchisees. His career also includes senior roles at Avis Budget Group and Godiva Chocolatier.
