Bright & Beautiful announced on Monday the appointment of Paula Spriggs as its new Managing Director, marking a new phase of expansion for the UK premium housekeeping franchise. Spriggs joined the business in June after more than three decades of experience across a variety of franchise sectors, most recently working within the home care franchise industry. Her background provides insight into recruitment, customer experience and operational excellence, issues that are common to service based franchise businesses.

Most recently, I have worked within the home care franchise sector, where many of the challenges, particularly around staffing and recruitment, are very similar. I have known of Neighbourly for many years and have always admired its franchising ethos and values, so I am incredibly excited to be leading Bright & Beautiful into its next chapter.”
