Amanda manages onboarding, CQC Registration, and coordinates compliance Policies & Procedures, while supporting with safeguarding, complaints & concern handling. Amanda is also the nominated individual for Walfinch home care Oxfordshire. Amanda has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and is currently studying Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
