Don Jones is the Department Head for International Design & Construction for CKE Restaurants (CKE) - Carl's Jr. and Hardee's. Since Joining CKE in 2008, Don has focused on the expansion of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's in all areas of the world and has developed a global mindset to design and space planning. He is proficient in Value Engineering ideation/implementation as well as space reductions in BOH/FOH/Site Plan to save overall costs and to increase real estate opportunities of all formats as well as creating new formats. In recent years, he is focused on design of omnichannel (delivery, drive thru, order ahead, etc.) prototypes and remodels to create spaces that work seamlessly together to maximize each channels experience and efficiency. Don is passionate about designing restaurants that focus on the guest experience while also exhibiting efficient and functional operations to support each restaurant's successful future. Don has supported the development of over 1000 new restaurants globally.
