Ian Furlong is an experienced business owner, running a successful, local pest control business for over 30 years, which he’s built and run alongside his partner, Louise Sergent. With a background in the armed forces, family and teamwork come first and foremost for Ian, which is clear in both business and life. 

Recently, he and Louise embarked on a new chapter by joining the Signs Express network, taking ownership of the long-running Signs Express Liverpool & Wirral centre. With Louise’s creative flair from her graphic design background and Ian’s hands-on leadership, they make a great team. They were drawn to Signs Express because of the professional and down-to-earth support from the franchise support centre team, something that really stood out to them.

Outside of work, Ian is the Player Manager for the IWFF England Walking Football team, a passion that takes him and Louise around the world. Whether it’s on the pitch or in the office, Ian is all about bringing people together and making a positive impact.
