Kayleigh Stevenson is a Senior Associate in Stevens & Bolton LLP’s Commercial Real Estate Team and specialises in franchise property work, acting for both franchisors and franchisees. As well as specialising in franchise matters, Kayleigh assists clients with a breadth of commercial property work including landlord and tenant transactions, acquisitions and disposals and real estate financing.
