Kevin is the National Head of Franchise at Barclays, where he brings 15 years of experience across business development and relationship management. In his current leadership role, he combines strategic insight with a passion for innovation, recently earning a Master's degree in Digital Technology and Solutions from Manchester Metropolitan University, alongside a Level 7 leadership apprenticeship. He thrives on meeting franchisors and franchisees, offering tailored support to help drive their growth. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys life with his wife and two young sons, A keen football enthusiast and avid traveller, he values growth, connection and creating meaningful impact.
