Lee Reed joined Papa Johns in the autumn of 2022, with the aim of driving further operational excellence and improving franchisee profitability as the company continues to grow.  Reed is now responsible for Operations Excellence, Franchise Operations, Restaurant People Capability & Customer Services teams, and is focused on enhancing the end-to-end team and customer experience.  Prior to joining Papa Johns, Lee Reed worked at KFC for nine years in various senior roles, most recently as Director of Franchise Operations.
