Matt Harding joined Travel Counsellors in 2019 as Head of Independent Travel Agent Strategy. Since 2026, Matt has held the role of Managing Director of Franchise Sales. Prior to Travel Counsellors, Matt spent over 25 years at Thomas Cook, with his last position heading up The Freedom Travel Group. Matt has over 30 years’ experience in the leisure, travel and tourism sectors, and expertise in sales growth, change management, business turnaround, and operational development.
