Simon Mills is a BFA advisor and a director of the franchise development consultancy Franchise Focus and is also a qualified business coach.  Starting out initially as a franchisee in 1991 he joined the franchisor in 1995 working both in the UK and internationally in 12 countries.  Simon has worked for franchise powerhouse Neighbourly, Fantastic Services and brings first hand practical experience in recruiting and training with franchisees. Simon is QFP qualified.
