Chopstix has introduced Mini Stix kids meals across its UK outlets.
The new offering is priced at £3.99 and is available in all UK restaurants. Customers may select a base of vegetable chow mein or egg fried rice, add either three mini vegetable spring rolls or six mini chicken balls, and choose a bottle of water or a Robinsons fruit shoot. Each meal is presented in a colourful children’s box together with a sheet of Chopstix stickers.
Alongside the Mini Stix meals, the brand has added a seasonal sweet item called the Sugared Baonut. The lightly fried pastry is dusted with sugar and can be served with a caramel dipping sauce.
Chopstix reported rapid expansion over the past twelve months, operating more than 140 stores in the United Kingdom and having opened its first site in France earlier this year following investment from European quick service restaurant operator QSRP. The company was founded in Camden Market in 2002 by Sam Elia and Menashe Sadik, who continue to manage day,to,day operations while the business pursues the goal of becoming the largest Asian quick service restaurant group on the continent.
Elio Elia, Commercial Director at Chopstix, said: “As Chopstix continues to grow across the UK and internationally, we are focused on ensuring the menu evolves to meet the needs of a wider range of customers. Mini Stix marks an important milestone for the brand, giving families a dedicated children’s offering that delivers value without compromising flavour. Combined with the launch of the Sugared Baonut, these additions reinforce our commitment to offering accessible menu choices that encourage repeat visits.”
