Running from 2nd to 12th December, the roadshow saw the senior leadership team travel from Leicestershire to Essex, Somerset, Northumberland and Bradford – connecting face-to-face with 70 franchisees from across the network.
Each event delivered a comprehensive business update, including a review of performance during 2025 alongside a first look at plans and priorities for 2026. One location also hosted a behind-the-scenes tour of Origin Amenity Solutions’ facilities, while other venues provided hands-on exposure to specialist turf-care environments.
As part of Greensleeves’ new partnership with Origin Amenity Solutions, franchisees benefited from expert technical training delivered by Technical and Research Lead Kelly Clack. The Greensleeves leadership team also shared focused updates across marketing, business development and IT, highlighting new tools and systems designed to support scalability, efficiency and long-term growth.
“Our aim was to bring our expertise directly to our franchisees, wherever they are based,” said Cheryl Harper, MD of Greensleeves. “By travelling across the country, we made sure everyone had access to the latest knowledge, tools and strategies to help them grow strong local businesses. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm and commitment in every region.”
Alongside structured sessions, the meetings placed a strong emphasis on peer-to-peer networking, creating space for open discussion, shared learning and collaborative problem-solving. “The willingness of our franchisees to learn from one another is one of our greatest strengths as a network,” added Cheryl. “These events proved once again how powerful that collaboration can be – and we’re excited to keep building on that momentum in the year ahead.”
Franchisees welcomed the opportunity to gain early insight into future developments and connect with others operating within the network. John Lilburne, Greensleeves Mid & South Staffs franchisee, said: “The biggest takeaway for me was seeing what’s coming down the line for future developments in the business. It’s always exciting to understand how Greensleeves plans to diversify and evolve. Hearing about new ideas and innovations gives you that extra motivation because you can see how they’ll help you grow your own business in the months and years ahead.”
John added: “You don’t often find a network where everyone genuinely wants others to succeed. It’s also reassuring to hear that others have faced the same challenges. It puts things into perspective because you realise you’re not the only one, and many have come through similar experiences stronger than before. Being able to share ideas, compare approaches and talk openly about what’s worked is truly invaluable.”
The regional meetings follow Greensleeves’ recognition for the third consecutive year in the Elite Franchise Top 100, reflecting the brand’s ongoing investment in training, support and franchisee engagement. Initiatives like the roadshow play a key role in maintaining consistency across the network while empowering franchisees to grow resilient, profitable local businesses.
