Celebrating the achievements of women in all spheres of franchising, The NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2024 has confirmed this year’s finalists in various categories
Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) is an organisation dedicated to supporting women who are exploring, starting, and growing their businesses through franchising.
EWiF provides guidance, resources, and networking opportunities to empower women in the franchising industry.
These awards honour the achievements of women in the franchising industry across the UK – this year’s finalists representing the very best in innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
In the New Woman Franchisor of the Year category the finalists are Helen Fores and Kat McMurphy – Baby Sparks Sensory; Lucy Shrimpton – The Sleep Nanny® and Rachel Curtis – Munchkin and Me.
Meanwhile, in the New Woman Franchisee of the Year, the nominees are: Lucy Goffin – Kitchen Makeovers; Lucy Murray – Little Dreams; Mairi Curle – Boogie Beat and Melanie Wincott – Pink Spaghetti
Other categories include: Woman Franchisor of the Year; Woman Franchisee of the Year; Woman Franchise Employee of the Year; Young Woman in Franchising of the Year (under 30); Service Provider of the Year; Inspirational Woman of the Year and
EWiF Ambassador of the Year.
The winners of the NatWest EWiF Awards 2024 will be announced at a ceremony on the 18th of October 2024, at The Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.
