Celebrating women in franchising since 2010 – to honour the very best in the industry – nominations for The NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2025, are officially open.  So, start working on your entries!

Promoting women in franchising since 2010 EWiF receives many outstanding entries each year; making the judges’ job even harder – not least because franchising is leading the way in attracting the type of talented female entrepreneurs and business leaders who are shaping the future. In short, they are pioneers, innovators, and visionaries who push boundaries, set new standards, and overcome adversity. So, if you have a standout franchisee or employee who deserves recognition, now is the time to tell the wider world about it.

Women from every sector, of all ages, and all sizes, are recognised, for factors such as growing a successful business, providing leadership that inspires others or even bringing about changes in their sectors through innovative approaches.

The NatWest EWiF Awards are open to anyone who’s committed to franchising excellence: franchisors, franchisees, franchise employees, or service providers – this last category is also open to men. And anyone involved in UK franchising is eligible to enter, with nine categories to choose from:

  • New Woman Franchisor of the Year 2025
  • Woman Franchisor of the Year 2025
  • New Woman Franchisee of the Year 2025
  • Woman Franchisee of the Year 2025
  • Woman Franchise Employee of the Year 2025
  • Young Woman in Franchising of the Year 2025
  • Service Provider (Male or female) of the Year 2025
  • Inspirational Woman in Franchising 2025
  • EWiF Ambassador (Male or female) of the Year 2025
  • Overall Women in Franchising 2025 (Chosen from the female winners of the above categories) 

Applications close at 5 p.m. on 31st January 2025, so get started today. The winners will be announced at our prestigious award ceremony in May next year.

Why should you enter the NatWest EWiF Awards 2025?

The process of writing your entry, gives you the time to reflect on all your successes throughout the year. Taking the time to reward and celebrate achievements with your support teams will also give your business, and more importantly the people you work with, a boost – even if they aren’t being nominated.

Entering the NatWest EWiF awards also allows you to:

The Awards are free enter. You don’t need to be an EWiF Ambassador to enter, they’re open to all UK-based franchises! All entries must be submitted by 5pm on 31st January 2025.
