For the second year running, mobile paint vehicle repair business Revive! has been awarded top marks following the latest WorkBuzz Franchisee Satisfaction Survey. The company’s franchisees have collectively given their approval which means the Warwickshire-based business have achieved 5* status once again.

WorkBuzz is an independent franchise consultancy and every year they invite franchisees to give their opinions anonymously on topics such as their ‘bosses’ and the company’s ‘business model’.

The survey covers six key categories of the business, as provided by their franchisor. These are training and support; leadership; franchise system; value and rewards; culture and relationships; and general satisfaction.

And the survey showed that Revive! enjoyed an overall satisfaction rating of 81%, with leadership (84%), and training and support (80%). The franchise did well when it came to ‘leadership’, with the company’s directors scoring over 90% on questions relating to vision, shared goals and business expansion.

The highest score of 100% was reserved for the question relating to ‘going the extra mile’ and franchise director Cathryn Hayes said: “There’s no doubt that we have all faced tough challenges over the past year. At Revive! we constantly strive to develop solutions to challenges, while still keeping a clear focus on the vision and goals we have set for our business.

“To achieve this five-star WorkBuzz satisfaction award once again is a great accolade. It gives us confidence that our franchisees share and appreciate our vision. They have certainly embraced our values which underpin everything we do here at Revive!.

“We understand that to grow and develop businesses, our franchisees need ongoing support and training. This survey underlines the high level of satisfaction among our franchisees for the quality of support we provide.

“We’re delighted with the survey results, but there’s always room for improvement. We never rest on our laurels and are always looking for ways to improve the service and support we give to our franchisees.”
