franchisor celebrates more success at annual awards‘ ceremony.
It has been another good year for Agency
Express, after being named ‘Best in Sector’ for the category ‘Board Services,’ at the annual ESTAS Supplier of the Year Awards.
Hosted by broadcaster Phil Spencer, one of two co-presenters on the popular television program Location, Location, Location, the ceremony recognises the achievements of companies who provide top notch customer service in the UK’s residential property industry.
And this was the seventh year in succession that Agency Express had been honoured at the prestigious awards’ function.
Sponsored by Kerfuffle, the 2020 ceremony was broadcast live on YouTube during the first week of July.
This was the first time in the event’s 17-year history, that winners were announced online.
ESTAS is a customer review and awards platform designed for agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisors and suppliers who deliver great customer service.
This year’s awards were based on a large sample of 45,000 customer reviews.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year, told viewers: “There’s never been a more appropriate time to highlight the important role which suppliers play in the industry.
“The best suppliers are instrumental in helping agents provide an excellent service.”
Agency Express, which was founded in 1998 by Simon Brown, is one of UK franchising’s great success stories.
Speaking at the company’s Norwich headquarters, Simon commented: “These awards are a real test of how well these firms service the needs of their clients.
“All of our franchisees should be proud of their status as an ‘ESTAS Supplier of the Year’.
“Just like the agents who use the ESTAS review platform, industry suppliers were rated by their customers.”
Ben Brookes, a director with Agency Express, added: “Being recognised for outstanding customer service by the ESTAS, is the greatest accolade any supplier can receive within the UK property industry.
“In today’s market we need to provide more than just a good service, we must bring confidence and stability to our customers, as well as go that extra mile every step of the way.
“Being named ‘Supplier of the Year’ proves that our network of franchise operators, are truly dedicated to their customers.”
Kerfuffle‘s founder Simon Whale reminded those who are operating within this industry: “Customer service is paramount in any business but there has never been a more important moment to impress.
“At a time when many agents haven’t fully returned to business, because of Covid-19, the public are going to be brutally unforgiving to those who fall below our ever-increasing high standards.”
