As part of the recent London Fashion Week Imogen (Imi) designed and handcrafted a fully custom, Wendy’s-inspired outfit, then arrived in a black Sprinter van with her hype team in tow. From there, she made her way between show venues, surrounding streets and after-parties – handing out FREE Wendy’s along the way.
The move was a playful yet purposeful collaboration, spotlighting emerging UK talent and allowing Wendy’s to step into culture in an authentic way, rather than simply sponsoring from the sidelines.

After completing a fashion design course in 2018, Imogen Evans showcased two Fashion Week collections at Vancouver Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week. Although these shows received significant press, she knew she had a lot to learn before launching her own brand. That’s why she put a pause on her own designs and interned at two fashion houses.
After gaining industry experience and technical skills in lockdown, she founded Imi Studios in 2020 and the brand has gained popularity through TikTok and IG. Today, Imi Studios launches a handful of capsule collections each year with a focus on ethical production and minimal waste. The majority of Imi Studios pieces are made to order in London. Inclusion is an integral aspect of the brand too, which champions diversity in every facet of the business.
