The Alternative Board

A business consultant, non-Exec director, coach, colleagues and friends or family can only go so far to support the needs of a business owner or leader (our ‘members’) – and that’s where The Alternative Board comes into its own.  

We bring together small groups of non-competing business owners, who have no vested interest in each other’s businesses, in a group setting where they help each other identify opportunities and solve challenges they have in their businesses.  As a TAB franchisee you would facilitate these board meetings which are designed to be challenging, supportive, results-focussed, and importantly, fun!  Coupled with these are monthly 1:1 sessions where you work with the ‘members’ on their plans, help them identify challenges they are facing, so they can tackle these and take their business in the right direction.
