Milestones continue to flood in for ActionCoach UK.
It’s been a remarkable summer for one of ActionCOACH‘s newest franchisees who was smiling all the way to the bank after setting a new company record during the month of August. In what was only his second month of trading, Ian Harford of Stoke earned a momentous £36,551. He only attended the company’s training course in July of this year, but has proved to be an immediate success.
ActionCOACH is a global franchise, with long established roots in more than 30 countries, and Ian’s opening salvo is being hailed as ‘a world record for the company.’ During the same month he signed nine one-to-one clients which, in itself, equalled the record set by ActionCOACH‘s UK co-founder Julie Wagstaff, and was later matched by Loughborough franchisee Matt Bull.
Ian could not contain his excitement following this thrilling start to life as an ActionCOACH franchisee: “It’s amazing to be smashing the targets so early on. I originally planned to grow my monthly income to £18,000 during the first year, so to more than double that within eight weeks of launching feels amazing. ActionCOACH is everything I imagined and more. The training, system and support have given me the confidence to achieve more great results for our clients and our business.”
Yet August was not the only milestone month for the UK wing of ActionCOACH, as a record 16 new faces graduated during October to take up franchising roles within their respective local communities.
Fiaz Sadiq, who launched his ActionCOACH business in Chesterfield, said: “To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. Right from the very first day, I was blown away by the vast knowledge and commitment of the UK’s Support Team. The presenters were still able to command the virtual room, and we were all captivated from the outset.”
Fiaz had recently been made redundant and he discovered the existence of ActionCOACH via the website www.executivesontheweb.com. He added: “One of the best things was learning about business growth from the perspective of a coach, having benefited as a client of ActionCOACH some 14 years ago.”
During the many months of lockdown, ActionCOACH has hosted virtual weekly sessions called ‘Big Friday Finishes’, for the benefit of franchise partners and their teams. This began in March, with sessions including a plentiful selection of additional learning resources. These virtual presentations have already attracted high-profile names, such as Sunday Times bestseller Dr Theresa Cheung; world-renowned speaker Michael Heppell; and leadership coach and author Dr Marshall Goldsmith.
And the accolades continue to rain down on ActionCOACH which received a 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction rating from WorkBuzz – for the eighth year in a row. This makes them one of only four franchises to have achieved this feat.
