Ovenclean in ‘rude health’

One company which appears to have emerged from the pandemic in great health is Ovenclean. The 28-year-old franchise recently announced that the number of leads generated for franchisees during the past year is almost one-third up on pre-pandemic levels.

According to a recent statement issued by Ovenclean, there has been ‘a 30% increase in the number of leads generated for franchisees year-to-date compared to the same period from 2019. This growth equates to an average of £3-4k worth of customer enquiries per franchisee per month.’

Ovenclean’s group marketing manager Rebecca de Chair explained: “We’re delighted to celebrate such fantastic results for our franchisees, especially given the wider economic climate at the moment. This success is testament to the hard work and professionalism of our network, many of whom have been with the company more than 10 years.

“Our customers are delighted too and are recommending Ovenclean to friends and family. This has enabled our franchisees to secure repeat customers, with money coming in from day one. Our national advertising campaigns, on TV and online, are aimed at driving those customer enquiry numbers. This has also helped us to maintain that coveted 5* rating on Trustpilot.

“The year 2021 was our busiest ever, which is testament to our increased investment in social media and digital marketing activity. We have also updated our branding during the past 12 months. All in all, the company has enjoyed greater brand awareness, thus generating an increase in the number of leads.”

About Ovenclean: Launched in 1994 and with headquarters in the Worcestershire town of Kidderminster, there are now over 100 franchisees in its UK network. The company’s specialist engineers clean all types of domestic oven brands and models, including electric ovens, gas ovens, microwaves, hobs, extractor fans and barbecues. All removable components such as racks, doors and glass, are cleaned using specialist equipment and within the safe and hygienic environment of company vehicles.
