If you’re seeking to grab yourself a bargain in the world of franchising, then why not give TaxAssist Accountants a call.

TaxAssist Accountants, who are celebrating 25 years in business, are offering £4,000 cash back on their franchise fee.

This takes into account changes made to their training course, which has had to be modified to satisfy social-distancing guidelines during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Because of Covid-19, the company has had to re-think its approach to training, which now takes place online in the virtual world of cyberspace.

They unveiled their new virtual training regime in the middle of June, which makes use of technology to provide an engaging and interactive course for the latest intake of franchisees.

TaxAssist Accountants currently have franchised offices in 375 locations around the UK, and this generous offer will continue while training remains online.

Karl Sandall, group chief executive director, said: “Our first virtual training course started on June 15th with two new franchisees.

“They have done their research, obtained their funding, and are now keen to get started on their journey with TaxAssist
Accountants
.

“In these unprecedented times, we are pleased to offer £4,000 cash back on our franchise fee.

“This is in recognition of the change in setting for the training course. This offering will be available for as long as we choose to run the course virtually.

“We do, however, look forward to welcoming back any new joiners to our Support Centre – for a face-to-face follow up – as soon as it is safe to do so.”

TaxAssist Accountants pride themselves on being a tax and accountancy service for small businesses, and the company’s senior training and communications manager, Samantha Skyring, explained what new franchisees can expect from the recently launched virtual course.

Based at the Support Centre, Samantha said: “We have had to completely overhaul the training course.

“This was quite an undertaking, but vital, as we want to make sure we are able to stay engaged with each new franchisee.

“It is important to establish a good ‘virtual’ rapport, just as we would normally when meeting face-to-face.

“Our new franchisees need to feel comfortable and be confident when they ask us questions during the course.

“We will be using video calls, telephone, emails, instant chat features, live and recorded videos, as well as software such as Sway, Teams and Zoom.

“This enables us to alternate our communication channels, as we introduce different members of our team to new recruits, as well as introducing new topics.

“We obviously want to make the course as enjoyable as possible, so we have designed it so that our delegates will not be sitting in front of their computers for hours on end.”
