Energetic mother-and-son team Lynette and Chris Turner have proudly opened their More Than Loft Ladders (MTLL) business, now serving Portsmouth and West Sussex – and they’re ready to help local homeowners make the most of their loft space.
This exciting launch marks the first time Lynette and Chris have gone into business together, combining complementary skills to create something special. “We’ve talked for years about running a business as a family,” explained Lynette. “When Chris was exploring his next career move, and I was looking for something flexible that fits around my role as a foster parent, we started searching for the perfect fit – and More Than Loft Ladders just ticked every box. After speaking with the team, we were completely sold!”
With Lynette’s financial expertise and Chris’ practical know-how as a tradesman and home renovator, the duo are well-positioned to deliver MTLL’s trademark mix of professionalism and personal service.
Interestingly, both Lynette and Chris discovered the franchise independently. “We were both looking at trade-based franchises,” shared Chris. “Mum came to me saying she’d found this amazing franchise, More Than Loft Ladders – which turned out to be the same franchise that I was going to recommend! You couldn’t have a clearer next step!”
