Global boutique fitness brand unveil new outlets in Madrid and Barcelona.
Fitness brand TRIB3 recently announced that by the end of this year, they will have more than doubled their total number of businesses in Spain. TRIB3 are developing a global reputation for offering ‘High-Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) at their collection of boutique workout studios in countries around the world.
At the start of 2021, they had three studios in Madrid, but by October will have added three in Barcelona, plus another one in the Spanish capital. This will take their total in Spain to seven, and marks another exiting chapter for this rapidly expanding franchise business.
The owners of Madrid’s fourth studio are Oreana Gómez and Pamela Pugliese who are delighted to have joined the TRIB3 network. Oreana said: “Our relationship with TRIB3 was love at first sight. From our first experience with TRIB3, by participating in a workout, we quickly discovered the importance of developing a training atmosphere which plays a key role in achieving results.
“We are excited to be part of a team that is full of energy, and has an avant-garde vision and is in tune with the evolving needs of the fitness sector. We are ready to offer fitness and entertainment of the highest quality.”
Kevin Yates, the chief executive and founder of TRIB3, added: “We are delighted to be bringing another store to the beautiful city of Madrid. We opened our corporate stores, Cuzco and Basilica, just over two years ago, and it’s great to see the Madrid community embrace our unique workout concept.
“Our first franchised store in the capital was TRIB3 Goya, which opened during the pandemic in August 2020. Yet it was already breaking even within two months, so we see a huge opportunity for Oreana and Pamela.”
TRIB3 offers instructor-led 45-minute HIIT workouts, involving treadmills, resistance training and intensity. Customers can expect to burn up to 1,000 calories per session. Progress and health is tracked using real-time heart rate monitors and in-studio displays, while TRIB3 have introduced their own state of the art ‘sweat app.’
TRIB3 received a major boost two years ago when Allan and Jonathan Fisher, who already own a number of fitness brands including Holmes Place, became major investors in the company.
The brand is already spreading its wings in the UK and Spain, and has several territories in Finland, Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands. In addition to its franchising network, TRIB3 have a small number of corporately owned stores, with new ones set to open in Edinburgh and Southampton later this year.
The TRIB3 experience is underpinned by bespoke digital and performance monitoring. Each gym has an experienced onsite team to assist customers who can enjoy and benefit from purpose-designed changing rooms and lounge areas. Customers can prepare, sweat and recover at TRIB3‘s luxurious studios which have become synonymous with the brand.
