Jen Chapman-Boffin, Cinder Ltd., has an extensive background in franchising, working with franchisees, franchisors and most recently, the British Franchise Association. She now focusses on the mental health and wellbeing of the industry, delivering training, workshops and consultancy. With her understanding of the nuances of the industry, Jen tailors her work to suit the needs within the franchise community. Jen is a fully trained and registered instructor with MHFA England, endorsed by the Department for Health.
