Jess Pritchard joined Moneypenny in 2007 as a receptionist where she cut her teeth in the world of telephone answering services. After spending six months in New Zealand setting up an office there, Jess returned to the UK and joined the corporate department where she progressed quickly to become head of the sector. She's passionate about helping businesses future-proof their call and chat communications and works closely with franchises to improve the customer journey.
