Successful quartet are among 27 'five-star' franchises to be recognised at this year's WorkBuzz Best Franchise Awards

A decade of satisfaction for four UK franchises

It’s been another year of satisfaction for four of the UK’s most successful franchise operations. For the 10th year in a row, ActionCOACH, Puddle Ducks, Right At Home and TaxAssist Accountants have earned 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction ratings.

These ratings are calculated by online platform WorkBuzz who collect feedback from company employees and business partners. With regards to WorkBuzz’s Best Franchise Awards, each franchisee completes a confidential online survey, in which they rate their franchisors on a number of issues. These include initial training, ongoing support, the franchisor-franchisee relationship, and whether they would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee.

But before a company can take part in this prestigious event, franchisors must first undertake the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark programme. WorkBuzz prides itself on helping companies discover what their employees and business partners think of their bosses. And according to the WorkBuzz website: ‘Our mission is to help organisations create cultures where every voice matters and every person can be their best.’

As for the continued success of ActionCOACH, Puddle Ducks, Right At Home and TaxAssist Accountants, the chief executive of WorkBuzz, Steven Frost, said: “It’s an unbelievable achievement by all four of them. They have been awarded top satisfaction scores every single year since the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark was launched a decade ago.

“They’ve maintained the highest levels of franchisee satisfaction for 10 consecutive years and this should act as inspiration for franchisors nationwide. It’s especially remarkable given the challenges the world has thrown at us during that time.

“Our 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction ratings are awarded to franchisors that score above the industry average in all the five key areas measured by WorkBuzz. These are training and support; the franchise system; culture and relationships; readership; and overall general satisfaction. There were 27 franchisors awarded ‘five stars’ this year, but only four have hit the mark so consistently.”
