Are you ready to be a business hero with InXpress?

A successful long-term business strategy involves more than self-help — it’s also about mutual support. At InXpress, the network revolves around building relationships and staying connected

Are you ready to be a business hero with InXpress

Like any business, InXpress is ultimately about people. Our leadership in the shipping and logistics industry stems from our strong relationships with a huge network of partners worldwide. This allows us to deliver highly effective shipping solutions to numerous businesses. As a result, we now have 500 franchisees across 14 countries, achieving success they could only have dreamt of before.

Our purpose isn’t just about simplifying shipping for SMEs or increasing profit margins; it’s also about building deep connections with communities and customers and giving back.

Connected to the community
At InXpress, giving back is not just a value; it’s a commitment. In 2014, we took a significant step towards this commitment by launching our charity committee. This committee plays a crucial role in enabling us to give back to the communities we serve, which is a testament to our core values and at the heart of our ethos.

We actively encourage our franchisees to extend a helping hand to their communities especially in times of need, and our charity committee makes donations throughout the year, to causes and individuals nominated by the network. Examples of two recent donations include:

  • We donated £5,000 to fund ground-breaking treatment for a three-year-old boy late last year. William has a very rare muscle disease, and while there is no cure there is hope, as NAPA London has just opened. This is the first centre of its kind in the UK and they offer some of the best, most up-to-date, and impactful therapies for children who need additional support.

This treatment isn’t available on the NHS, and William’s parents can’t afford to pay for it. They’re over the moon that InXpress Gives Back is covering the cost. Now 20 weeks into his treatment, Charlie, William’s mum, said “I’ve no doubt that the incredible things William is now achieving in such quick succession are down to the overwhelmingly positive impact of NAPA, which is in turn down to the huge generosity of everyone at InXpress. Thank you for all you have and continue to do for us and our beautiful boy”.

  • We’ve paid for two specially adapted race wheelchairs for a young girl Chloe and her dad, who use them to raise money for other severely disabled children. Our franchisee at Birmingham South also helped make this possible by arranging the shipment from Canada.

Members of the UK head office and the network regularly participate in activities to fundraise for the Gives Back pot. One example is when EMEA Chief Commercial Officer Jon White and franchisees Neil Hatt and Mike Toal took part in a motorbike challenge! They travelled nonstop from the UK to reach the Annual Convention in Portugal and then biked back home a few days later, clocking up 3,500 miles. They raised an amazing £5,263!

A deep connection with our customers
When customers engage with our franchisees and their teams, they appreciate the combination of reliability and personal attention that comes with being part of a well-established brand.

They want to feel valued and assured that their business is important. InXpress provides customers with a dedicated point of contact committed to going above and beyond for them. This builds trust and long-term relationships with customers, and when their local InXpress office is also actively involved in giving back to the community, it further deepens the connection.

This connection gives InXpress franchisees another unique advantage: a deep understanding of SMEs’ needs. They have valuable insights into their pain points and business goals, which opens up a whole new level of communication. This, combined with the exceptional service that InXpress provides, sets the stage for success!

A highly connected network
Our philosophy applies to how we work with our communities and customers and to how we work together. We build a strong sense of community, empowering our franchisees to succeed.

This means always being there for them, providing whatever support they need. As an InXpress franchisee, you’ll get to know everyone at our head office, as they support you throughout every stage of our partnership.

You’ll also be part of a larger network of like-minded individuals with whom you can share problems and solutions. It’s a culture of mutual encouragement and support. Franchising means being in business for yourself, but not by yourself. We are stronger together!
