The strength of any organisation depends on the ones leading it. And the bfa definitely knows that. On Thursday October 11, it announced Emily Price as the new chief operating officer and she is driven to use her skills to the fullest.
Price who has been the head of operations since 2016. However, since joining bfa in 2012, she has served as the trade organisation’s operations manager and business development manager. No doubt her long history with the bfa has provided her the chops needed in to help champion the UK franchise industry further into the 21st century.
Commenting on her promotion, Pip Wilkins, CEO of the bfa and regular contributor to Elite Franchise, added: “With her background in business transformation and franchising, Emily already has the proven track record to help our members and the UK franchise sector maximise its growth potential. She has contributed a great deal to the strategic direction and success of the bfa already and I believe her contribution and leadership qualities will enable us to drive forward into the next stage of our development.”
Looking at her passion and experience, we’re sure that Price will take the bfa to greater heights and we wish her the best of luck.
