Cleaning franchise toasts 30 successful years in business

Commercial cleaning franchise Dublcheck recently celebrated three decades of business success. Starting out in 1993, the company has become one of the most trusted cleaning franchises across the UK.

Founded by Carol Stewart-Gill, who remains chairperson of the company, Dublcheck provides cleaning services for offices, showrooms and other retail outlets. Carol says: “We started cleaning one estate agency in Chester and we are now recognised as one of the leading commercial cleaning organisations in the country. We have over one hundred highly successful branches operating in the UK.”

And according to managing director Ann Struggles: “Commercial cleaning is a robust segment of our economy. We are a recession-resistant sector. Never forget, that offices and other buildings always need to be cleaned. Cleaning is a multi-billion-pound industry. It’s not ‘here today and gone tomorrow.’ It has been around for years and will continue that way.

“This is best demonstrated by our continued success throughout the Covid weeks, months and years. During this period, many of our franchisees witnessed tremendous growth. One of our established franchisees, Annie and Dams, actually tripled their growth during Covid.”

A press release issued by the company reads: ‘Investments start from £17,950, with a guaranteed initial turnover of £20,000 per annum. The variable investment levels on offer allow franchisees the flexibility to run their businesses the way they want.’ But there are many business options available with Dublcheck, so it’s always best to contact the franchise direct for details.

Dublcheck founder Carol Stewart-Gill added: “We are one of the fastest-growing successful brands in the UK. We are a privately owned British company which built its way up from nothing to become a multi-million-pound business. Many of our franchisees have completed 20 years as business partners and there are still plenty of territories available.”

Dublcheck has been listed among the Elite Franchise Top 100 businesses for the past seven years. They have also been recognised by the Sunday Times who annually compile their Fast Track 100 table.

And managing director Ann Struggles added: “I have just returned from a franchise exhibition at the Excel Centre in London. It was the most successful show we have ever exhibited our company at, over the past 30 years.

“The head office team was inundated with enquiries during our two days in the capital, and we are now inviting these people to discover more about our franchise opportunities.”
