Major rebranding for lawn care franchise

Greensleeves say changes will benefit both network members and customers.

Major rebranding for lawn care franchise

Lawn care specialists Greensleeves have celebrated their growing presence in the UK franchising industry by unveiling a new brand identity, logo and website. Greensleeves Lawn Care, to give the company its full name, has been operating for over 25 years and has built a network in excess of 100 franchisees.

With headquarters in Brackley, Northamptonshire, Greensleeves has decided to undertake this rebrand so that it portrays a message of ‘trust, quality and exceptional customer service’ which have been the company’s long-established core values.

This comprehensive rebranding, which is the first in the company’s history, completely refreshes the franchise’s visual identity. The changes include a new logo, colour scheme and typography, along with numerous graphic elements.

And the company say this is reflected by the new website, social media presence, marketing materials, van livery and uniforms. In a recently published press release, Greensleeves described the new logo as being ‘cleaner, fresher and more modernised, while maintaining strong brand recognition’.

Cheryl Harper, managing director of Greensleeves, explains: “We’re thrilled to unveil a series of exciting plans in 2024. This is the onset of a dynamic and innovative phase for Greensleeves. Our vision for this year is not only ambitious but also deeply rooted in our commitment to growth and evolution.

“We want to ensure that Greensleeves continues to be at the forefront of lawn care service providers. In our mission to reach and serve our 80,000-plus customers across the UK, we have carefully designed and developed our new website which will streamline the service experience.

“This digital platform is tailored to ensure ease of access for everyone, whether they are new or long-standing customers. These changes reflect our commitment to convenience and customer satisfaction.”

Greensleeves collaborated with an external agency, as well as the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC), to ensure the rebrand would meet the needs of their customers and franchise network.

This extensive partnership involved workshops, focus groups and market research. And, having gathered valuable feedback from franchisees, they went ahead and completed this company rebranding.

Chris Dibble, who is a member of the FAC, as well as a Greensleeves’ franchisee in Tunbridge Wells, said: “This investment in the brand is a huge step forward and will give franchisees a fantastic set of tools to use in 2024.

“The new designs look great, and they help the brand to stand out from their rivals. The website will make it easy for customers to book treatments for their lawns, which can only be a good thing for customers and franchisees alike.”

The press release described the website as ‘improving user experience and engagement for customers. It is also more visually appealing and more user-friendly, which should increase customer enquiries. This, in turn, should increase conversion rates and generate more leads for franchise owners. And customers will receive new quotes quicker.’

MD Cheryl Harper added: “These new changes have been well received by our franchisees, while our new slogan – ‘The UK’s number one trusted lawn care provider’ – reflects our customers’ 5-star reviews on Trustpilot. With the rebrand now implemented across the network, we can focus on the continued growth of Greensleeves.”
